Cookery School Mini Masterclass voucher Our Mini Masterclass sessions 10.00am to 12.30pm (weekdays and weekends) are themed to various specialities such as poultry and game preparation, pasta making,, pastry making, stews and casseroles, Indian, Chinese & Asian cuisine , soups, stocks and sauces, desserts, fish dishes, heathy eating, pickles & chutneys, sourdough bread and also on the back of the energy and food cost crisis we have also developed a “thrifty batch cooking” mini masterclass too. Our mini masterclass sessions are a combination of recipe  demonstrations with Nigel and hands-on so you will be involved with the recipe preparation and presentation whilst picking up lots of hints and tips during the session. Recipe tastings followed by a Q & A complete the session. The loan of an academy apron and refreshments are included.
