Courses can be designed with your business/group/association in mind; all our courses encourage the building of friendly and/or competitive relationships with others.
Evaluation of our courses are essential in establishing the full effects the day has had on your group, we need to know just as you do too to evaluate the effectiveness of the day.

An example of a typical Academy course day

The day usually starts with tea/coffee on arrival and introductions, during the day Nigel Brown guides the students through some of his mouth-watering dishes and the day continues with a Champagne lunch followed by more practical cookery sessions, tips, discussions and tasting.
We provide all the students with Academy aprons and recipe booklets and an Academy certificates complete the day.
Academy course locations

All our courses are delivered in Nigel Brown’s own home unless you request to use an alternative venue.
Feel at home too as Nigel welcomes you into his Academy, home and kitchen where you’ll be able to enjoy the facilities, surroundings and comforts along with your work colleagues family and friends.

Weather and seasons permitting lunch will be served on the terrace and you’ll even have a chance to gather some of the fruits, salads, and vegetables from Nigel’s vegetable garden, or you could just laze on one of Nigel’s steamers and sip your champage while you contemplate the contradiction of leisure and learning that seems to go effortlessly hand in hand together to make your day so perfect.
